dbae3d70d6 [ADD] stock_inventory_valuation_location: add module to warehouse 
management

The value field in the stock.quant model is added to display the
inventory valuation group by locations and Incoming Date.

This feature was deleted in Odoo 12.0 but
it was re-introduce in Odoo 13.0, this commit is a backport of
c861edefaa

c4f92f2cc6 [IMP] Decouple the quantity for templates and variants 
There are cases where we dot NOT want to simply sum the quantities of all the
variants. For example when dealing with manufacturing capacities, we may have
to chose between variants because we can't make ALL of them with the same
components.

So instead of a simple non-modular implementation, we'll let each module define
his own implementation of how to compute the product template's quantity
available for sale.
