18364b9838 Fix default_maximize check 
Checking result of rpc call, `dialog_maximize`, will end to be always `true` as the method will return a json: `{'dialog_maximize': false }`. So i changed the test to test the value of json key `dialog_maximize`

1ccbd594d0 [FIX] web_dialog_size: Fix usage for non-admins and reduce calls (#954) 
This addon had 2 problems after migrating to v11:

1. One call to backend's `ir.config_parameter.get_param` was done for
   each instantiated dialog, while the setting served for the whole
   session equally.
2. That model is now readable only by admin users, so non-admins
   couldn't use the default at all.

Fixed now.

7a77816764 [FIX] web_responsive: Can't access web using superuser 
Before this change when trying to access web using superuser the web
interface is not charged.

By doing this change is all working normally.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

4d0c23b76b [FIX] web_widget_numeric_step: Remove focus to avoid annoying flickering effect 
The focus introduced on the 16.0 migration is causing a flickering effect
that is a bit annoying and does not make complete sense, because if you
click more than once the cursor is positioned at the end of the text,
which makes it difficult to edit the input.

The counterpart of these changes is that to edit the input using the
keyboard we will have to click on the field. Although this is how the
module has been operating since its inception.
