* remove unneded copy attributes.
* simplify action_view methods.
* fix wrong naming.
* fix misplaced views.
* fix wrong count and view actions for rma.orders in invoices.
* fix error when installing the module.
* remove unneded data update when preparing rma lines from invoice lines.
