Lois Rilo f00a4677ad [FIX] base_report_to_printer: error printing in external network.

Error code: 1030, 'The printer or class does not exist.')".
An explicit call to `setServer` and `setPort` fixed the issue.
(see https://github.com/OpenPrinting/pycups/issues/30)

Also, added serve_id to printer views

This part will be replaced when running the oca-gen-addons-table script from OCA/maintainer-tools.

This repository is licensed under AGPL-3.0.

However, each module can have a totally different license, as long as they adhere to Odoo Community Association (OCA) policy. Consult each module's __manifest__.py file, which contains a license key that explains its license.
