This module is ported to version 10 but not to version 9. If the module exists in the addons path when migrating from 8.0 to 10.0, the upgrade process breaks on the dependency of the obsolete 'report_xls': /home/ou9/ou9/parts/odoo/openerp/addons/base/module/module.py", line 600, in button_upgrade 'You try to upgrade a module account_asset_management_xls that depends on the module: report_xls. But this module is not available in your system.'
