Fix #INVOICEMONTHNAME# for all languages

It was working only in English

- Changed %B to %m to work on all languages
- Update month translations in es.po
- Add the possibility to replace #INVOICEMONTHNUMER# and #INVOICEYEAR# in line descriptions
